Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Canada is seeking an Area HR Manager to provide strategic counsel to leaders at centers and regional offices nationwide. This onsite role requires strong business acumen, change leadership, and a commitment to building an engaging workplace for our associates.

You will lead a team delivering full life-cycle HR support, partner with senior leaders, and drive people-centred strategies while maintaining high integrity, trust, and customer focus across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum of seven years HR experience, required.
• Master’s degree in Human resources or other related field, preferred.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR, required.
• Previous experience partnering with senior management, preferred.
• Proven experience of leading deployment of organizational change, preferred.

The Area HR Manager role has a national salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 with bonus potential.

Required Education and Experience
