Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. in Calgary seeks a Project Director to lead the launch and growth of the new Calgary office. You will drive business development, manage client relationships, and guide project leadership for diverse architecture projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development with 8+ years in architecture industry experience.
• Strong local Calgary market network and proven client relationship management experience.
• Experience in commercial, multi-family, mixed-use and industrial projects preferred.
• Leadership, collaboration, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic plan to launch and grow the Calgary office.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction from inception to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet deadlines and financial targets.
• Oversee and contribute to the preparation and review of proposals.
• Mentor and guide junior staff.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events to position Calgary as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with partners to establish a local brand presence and business development initiatives.
