Job summary

Dexel Developments, Halifax's premier design-build urban developer, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a small, collaborative team working on mixed-use multi-residential projects and historic revitalization.

You will produce construction-ready drawings, perform quantity take-offs, create 3D BIM models with Revit, and coordinate with Procore, Bluebeam, and SharePoint while contributing to the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Architectural or Engineering Technology diploma required.

What You Will Do

As part of a small but mighty collaborativeteam, an Architectural Technologist works on all aspects of the construction anddesign process of new construction of mixed-use multi-residential buildings aswell as historical revitalization projects

• Construction-Ready Drawing Packages
• Quantity Take-offs
• Maintain sufficient caffeine intake
• Design Concepts
• Coordination and Review of drawing sets
• Site Visits of Projects

Work Environment

Office based with a high-level of collaboration and open-airenvironment. There will be routine visits to construction sites, existingproperties and events outside of work hours (fun ones of course).
