Job description

Raimondo+Associates Architects Inc.is a medium sized, full service, dynamic Architectural Practice operating in Niagara Falls, in the growing Niagara Peninsula.

We are currently seeking candidates to fill the position of “Intermediate Architectural Technologist”

The Practice has extensive experience in all sectors of construction.

Candidates applying are required to have the following qualifications and experience in order to undertake the required duties:

§A Professional degree in Architecture, or an Architecture-related discipline.

§7-10 year’s experience working in an architectural practice.

§Skilled in the preparation of and the coordination of design, thepreparation ofContractDocuments and in Contract Administration services.

§The abilityto take instruction,to lead and work both independently and co-operativein aTeam environment.

§Exceptional technical knowledge of building construction and details, the Ontario Building Code, and building science.

§The ability to work with clients, coordinate with multi disciplinary consultant Team,be fluent inthe use of REVIT,AutoCAD, Bluebeamand proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

§Exhibit excellentand friendly communication and organizational skills.

§Portray a responsibleattitude, beself-motivated, reliable, and enthusiast towardsthe profession.

§Flexible,responsibleand accountable to task sensitive timelines and the ability to multi-task.

§Someflexibilityin work schedule and conditions is possible.
