About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join their growing firm in Kimberley . This role involves the development of detailed architectural designs, technical specifications, and construction documentation for a range of projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure the technical viability and successful execution of designs, contributing to innovative solutions in the Northern Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing built environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, schedules, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate technical aspects of design with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and sustainability principles.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare documentation for tender processes and building plan approvals.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology.
