• 5+ years of experience in urban design and master planning.
• Proficiency in urban design software (GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and public policy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for a hybrid collaboration model.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive urban design strategies and master plans for city districts and new developments.
• Create site analysis, conceptual designs, and detailed design guidelines for urban projects.
