Based in Concord, ON, we are known for our commitment to design excellence and responsive project support.?Role Description : Architectural Sales SpecialistWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Architectural Sales Specialist to join our team full-time at our Concord, ON office. This on-site role is focused on developing business and managing sales pipelines for demountable wall systems and architectural glass partitions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads, building relationships within the A&D community, and closing sales through a consultative, project-based approach.Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and corporate clients
  • Drive product specifications and secure placement of demountable partitions and architectural wall systems in commercial projects
  • Conduct Lunch & Learns and tailored product presentations to design and construction professionals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support estimating, technical detailing, and project coordination
  • Track and manage project pipelines from lead to close using CRM tools
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitive products, and industry developmentsQualifications :
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the architectural, construction, or commercial interiors industry
  • Strong background in demountable walls, interior glass partitions, or related architectural solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
