Job summary

MG2 Corporation in Toronto, ON is seeking an Architecture Job Captain to join our Client Programs Market team. You will lead design delivery and coordinate with internal teams and outside consultants throughout all design phases.

The role focuses on producing architectural construction documents, managing RFI/submittals, and supporting project close-out. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration tools is essential, as is strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating architectural construction documents; Knowledge of QA/QC and project close-out is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for communications and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and contract deliverables including design drawings and construction documents.
• Collaborate with internal staff to integrate deliverables into contract documents.
• Coordinate with external consultants and project partners.
• Support code research and AHJ coordination under licensed Architect guidance.
• Provide administrative support for project teams and maintain project logs and reports.
• Assist with preparing project specifications and quality assurance reviews.
• Assist in permitting materials preparation under guidance of licensed professionals.
• Support construction administration tasks and adherence to project schedules.
