Overview

The Technical Consultant will provide world-class technical support, ensuring that customers succeed and make effective, intelligent geospatial decisions worldwide. As a Support Analyst, the consultant will connect with clients to understand their goals and support their efforts to positively impact their environment. Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to Esri end users through effective communication and troubleshooting.
2. Identify, understand, and articulate solutions for customer issues, including the usage and performance of ArcGIS Enterprise and related technologies.
3. Work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced, positive, and collaborative culture.
4. Assist in other technical support areas as needed, such as issue identification and defect logging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional or customer service experience in a similar role supporting similar responsibilities.
• Experience providing customer service and troubleshooting for users.
• Working knowledge or ability to learn the configuration, usage, and performance of ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Mobile Applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers of varying technical backgrounds in GIS and IT.
• Proficient time management skills.
• Experience using industry-standard ITSM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, GIS, or related field.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with Esri software or similar systems.
• Understanding of network troubleshooting tools and network connection troubleshooting for ArcGIS products.
• Knowledge or ability to learn the configuration and performance of various ArcGIS Server modules.
