Job summary

Esri in Canada is seeking a Technical Consultant focused on system engineering for ArcGIS Enterprise. You will lead enterprise migrations, architecture modernization, and complex troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes environments.

You will apply knowledge of databases, authentication methods, and networking to deliver trusted, scalable GIS solutions for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems.
• Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting server-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in advanced Professional Services engagement types, including Enterprise migrations and architecture modernization.
• Lead customers and colleagues using defined system engineering methods.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to resolve complex technical challenges.
