Job summary

Salesforce Partner Canada is seeking an experienced AR Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in a hybrid Toronto office. The role focuses on system support, data management, and enhancement initiatives across Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 3+ years of System Administration experience, preferably with Salesforce products.
  • 3+ years of professional Systems Analyst or Product Analyst experience, or focus in system enhancements, product or program management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Products; specifically CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
  • Proficient in systems analysis, specifically data analysis, process modeling.
  • Experience in technology implementations and development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and/or analyzing solution options & risks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage ambiguity, and changing priorities while delivering excellent results
  • Liaise effectively between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Communicates in a clear, concise, and timely manner
  • Operates effectively as a member of a team spanning multiple time zones
  • Functional understanding of SQL or other query languages
  • General understanding of object oriented programming and cloud infrastructure

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain technical and process documentation
  • Support projects and other initiatives from a technology perspective that impact the Revenue Operations department.
  • Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology and functionality implementations.
  • Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.

The Experience:

Description

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Systems team is part of Finance Revenue Operations and is responsible for the systems and technology utilized by the AR operations teams. The Analyst will be responsible for systems support and management of prioritized enhancement initiatives. Core operational responsibilities include end user support, improving our operational infrastructure, and supporting key business initiatives. Other responsibilities will include Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis and operational reporting to leadership.

AR Operations is a customer impacting and complex space, we are looking for someone who demonstrates motivation to learn new skills and technologies with a growth mindset. Having a keen eye for details, good communication skills and efficient time management are key success factors.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing...

  • 3+ years of System Administration experience, preferably with Salesforce products
  • 3+ years of professional Systems Analyst or Product Analyst experience, or focus in system enhancements, product or program management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Products; specifically CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Proficient in systems analysis, specifically data analysis, process modeling
  • Experience in technology implementations and development methodologies
  • Hands‑on experience in obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and/or analyzing solution options & risks

Even Better If....
  • Knowledge of agile methodology and product development models
  • Understanding of Quote to Cash operations such as credit, billing, collections, bad debt, AR, as well as revenue accounting
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Preferred knowledge of other products: Mulesoft, Oracle R12, Marketing Cloud
  • Development language experience; Apex, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
