Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AR Systems Analyst to join the Finance Revenue Operations team. You’ll support AR systems, triage issues, manage data, and document processes while collaborating with IT and business units on technology enhancements.

  • Proficient in data analysis, process modeling and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with technology implementations and development methodologies.

The analysts will be responsible for systems support and management of prioritized enhancement initiatives. Core operational responsibilities include end user support, improving our operational infrastructure, and supporting key business initiatives. Having a keen eye for details, good communication skills and efficient time management are key success factors.What You'll Actually Do...Support Revenue Operations system; bug triage, business process support, data management, technical advisory, business requirements gathering and feature testing.Create and maintain technical and process documentationSupport projects and other initiatives from a technology perspective that impact the Rev Ops department.Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology and functionality implementations.Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business stakeholdersIdentify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity.
