Job summary

Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. seeks an experienced AP/AR Manager to lead the Transactional Services Team, monitor daily operations, and drive accurate invoicing and timely payments. You will report to the Director, Transactional Services and Credit.

The role requires strong problem solving, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across the global organization. A degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience is preferred, with 3–5 years in AP/AR.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Business/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Experience with Oracle AR and AP; MS Excel, Outlook, Word.
• 3–5 years in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, ideally both.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication across levels of a global organization.
• Ability to train and mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely vendor payments.
• Escalate vendor and invoicing inquiries as needed.
• Investigate payment issues and discrepancies.
• Complete month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support external auditors with requested information.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Collaborate with other departments on corporate projects.
• Maintain effective relationships across the organization.
