Responsibilities:

1. Operate company service vehicle safely with minimal supervision.
2. Possess own basic tools required for the job.
3. Provide criminal reference check and driver abstract.
4. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
5. Experience with commercial buildings and facilities.
6. Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.
7. Follow all safety policies and protocols.
