In Canada, our plant in Hawkesbury operates since 1985, where our teams perform the mechanical maintenance, and the manufacturing of roll covers for the paper machine rolls. These steel rolls, that weigh as much as 50 tons, are of very high precision to be used for papermaking.

This unionized hourly position involves preparing, setting up, and operating lathes and other machining equipment to repair, machine, measure, inspect, groove, and manufacture roll components and related parts. The role involves work on both metallic and non-metallic materials. The successful candidate will work from blueprints, drawings, and shop instructions to complete work safely, accurately, and in compliance with specifications.
