Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance, while collaborating with licensed mechanics to develop technical skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Apprentice.
• Hands-on experience with heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and follow health and safety policies.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensure vehicles/equipment are secured before maintenance.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and repairs on vehicles/equipment.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report needs or repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance like lubrication and fluid checks.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues.
• Install and adjust parts to standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
