Job summary

Port Hope Chamber is seeking 3–4 appointment setters/recruiters who are comfortable on the phone and generating their own leads. This commission-based role is contractor-based, and you control your own hours. The position requires strong communication, willingness to be trained, and reliability.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, over 18, legally able to work in Canada, and prepared to meet performance expectations. Leads will be provided, with opportunities to pursue additional prospects.

Qualifications

• Appointment setters with strong communication skills.
• Over 18 and legally able to work in Canada.
• Willing to be trained; some leads provided and you will also have to generate your own leads.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound appointment-setting calls.
• Identify and qualify leads for appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments for the team.

Here is what I am need of….GO GETTERS!

I looking for 3 maybe 4 people who are good on the phone and making appointments. It is commission based, they are not an employee, so they control their own hours. There will be expectations.

I am looking for 3 people - appointment setters/recruiters - over the age of 18, legally able to work in Canada, excellent communication skills, willing to be trained, some leads will be provided and they will also have to get their own.
