University Health Network (UHN) in Toronto is seeking an appointment scheduler in the Medical Imaging department to support scheduling and coordination of imaging appointments across modalities.

This position is a newly-unionized CUPE Clerical (TGH) position, and the Collective Agreement has not yet been negotiated or ratified. Once finalized, the terms and conditions of your employment could change, in accordance with the collective agreement.
As a valued member of Team JDMI, you will play a key role in supporting JDMI clinical operations as the appointment scheduler plays a pivotal role insupporting scheduling and coordination of appointments across different modalities. The scheduling support model includes reviewing imaging requests, placing orders, reviewing protocols and following safety guidelines to schedule appointments accurately and safely with patients.
