A day in the life…

  • Greeting all service customers.
  • Handling customer service requests and concerns.
  • Seamless coordinating and managing customer appointments.
  • Performing designated administrative duties and creating internal work orders.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.

What we look for…

  • CDK experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
