Northern Roads Auto Group invites you to join Fort Erie Toyota as an Appointment Coordinator. If you're energetic, customer-focused, and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to meet you and help create exceptional experiences from the very first conversation. Compensation: $19.00-24.00 per hour.

Availability Monday-Saturday with occasional Saturdays. Hours: 9-2 pm, with seasonal adjustments. Location: Fort Erie Toyota.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outbound/inbound call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls daily.
• Follow scripts when handling topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and book appointments.
• Build relationships and go the extra mile with customers.
• Keep records in our CRM in a clear, accessible way.
• Meet personal and team targets.

You’ll love your position as an Appointment Coordinator:

• Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Other duties as assigned

We’d love to hear from you, if:

• Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred
• Track record of accomplishing targets
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Successful completion of High School Diploma or equivalency
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
