  • Analyzing existing operations, crops, livestock, staff, and financial documents and recommending improvements.
  • Assigning duties, such as tilling soil, planting, irrigating, storing crops, and maintaining machines, and assigning fields or rows to workers.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures.
