Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Application/Production Support or related IT role.
• Participation in some process improvements or standardization efforts.
• Basic Business knowledge and understanding of financial markets.
• Exposure to incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the stability and data quality of critical regulatory platforms.
