• 7+ years estimating, applications, design, or project experience in industrial control panels.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, MCC, P&C, instrumentation and industrial control systems.
• Experience interpreting electrical schematics, panel layouts, and customer specifications.

The Opportunity

Sabre is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Applications Specialist (Panel Estimator) to join our Controls & Automation team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates for custom control panel solutions, including PLC, VFD, Motor Control, Protection & Control (P&C), and automation-related systems.

Working closely with customers, engineering, procurement, and project management teams, you will evaluate technical requirements, develop project pricing, and provide application support from the initial inquiry through project award.
