As a core member of our Tech Ops Application Support IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

About You:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• You have 3+ years' experience in Enterprise Application Administration and Support, which may include:
• Unix/Windows Servers navigation and scripting
• Windows Desktop/User session navigation
• Oracle/SQL/Postgres DB familiarity and query building
• Familiarity with Confluence & JIRA
• Beneficial if you have experience with PING Identity and understanding of IAM concepts, such as authentication, authorization, SSO.
• 3+ years' experience supporting and tuning distributed enterprise applications, such as Java & Python.
• Experience supporting and operating Cloud environments, e.g., AWS.
• You have a good level of attention to detail, are customer-focused, flexible, and comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced global environment.

Your Role

• You will perform troubleshooting of application and server processes, with some data analytics, and communicate with users.
• You will analyze, support, and maintain strategic bespoke business platforms in a hybrid hosting environment, across AWS Cloud and on-premises.
• You will provide engineering support for functional and performance issues on a range of applications.
• You will prepare changes, scripting, monitor, and schedule updates to optimize operations.
• You will conduct performance analysis and tuning of application servers, database tiers, and infrastructure.
• You will participate and collaborate across multi-functional groups in the operational support model.
• You will participate in the Operational Excellence strategy, including strategic monitoring and process improvements.
