Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or college diploma in business, finance, computer science, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience supporting Finance and Payroll business processes.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards applications and ERP systems is an asset.
• Proficiency with data visualization, dashboards and BI tools is an asset.
• Strong communication and analytical mindset with problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and enhance ERP applications, focusing on Finance and Payroll in JD Edwards.
• Oversee configuration of JD Edwards Finance & Payroll modules.
• Act as primary contact for application support, provide technical assistance, and perform root-cause analysis.

Join JDI IT as an ERP Application Specialist, where you’ll play a key role supporting the largest ERP environment in the organization. You will work closely with Finance, Payroll, and business teams to improve systems, enhance reporting, and deliver solutions that drive real operational impact across the enterprise. This position requires full-time on-site presence. Salary Range: $61,000 - 85,000

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and enhance ERP applications, with a focus on Finance and Payroll modules within JD Edwards
• Overseeing the enhancement and configuration of software applications within JD Edwards Finance & Payroll modules
• Act as key point of contact for application support, provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Explore and investigate data to develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into critical business decisions
• Build relationships and communicate with business teams to meet specific requirements including configuration, design and testing
• Locate and define process improvement opportunities that drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement
• Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders, identify risks, and esca... when necessary

Qualifications
