Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discussions for configuration, testing, and operations of our platform solutions.
• Ensure compliance with daily management checklist for operational effectiveness.
• Provide go live and post‑go‑live support for projects and solutions.
• Upgrade and manage different environments and recommend ways to improve performance, availability, and scalability of solutions.
• Administer and resolve application issues & severities, provide timely updates and perform root cause analysis.
• Navigate complex SQL queries to perform root cause analysis and extract data for development and testing purposes.
• Pay strong attention to detail for data validation, networking, and integration connectivity, supporting cloud‑based systems.
• Monitor application vendor service level agreements and report for non‑performance.
• Update key performance indicators for platforms on a weekly basis.
• Review and keep knowledge‑management articles updated.
• Support Delivery/Project managers regarding solutions.
• Participate in on‑call support for 24/7 operations.

Job Description

The Application Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining a variety of applications and platforms. You will be the main point of contact for technical expertise and support of solutions, triaging issues to internal support, vendors or partners to ensure the solutions are operating effectively.

This position requires full‑time on‑site presence.

Salary Range: $61,000 - $85,500
