Position Description
This application developer role is within the TEDRA (Trade Enrichment Data Reporting & Allocations) department, part of the Institutional Securities Technology (IST) Division. TEDRA manages trading, revenue, risk, and reference data (client, product, and pricing).
The team develops the firm's strategic data mart for ISG deposits, sourcing data from the golden source, the DAL, and feeding it into the data mart in real time. The data is accessible through a consolidated interface for downstream systems to generate reports across multiple data marts. The role involves building scalable, high-performance databases and components for regulatory, business analytics, and operational risk reporting related to Leto deposits and OTC derivatives. The global team is highly technical, involving both hands-on development and project management, working on multiple projects simultaneously. Close collaboration with operations partners is essential.
The development process follows agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with practices like continuous integration, refactoring, and unit testing. Collaboration within a larger team is expected.
