Job summary

Oracle RMS Insurance Risk Management Services Inc. seeks a Junior AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows. You will connect LLMs to internal data pipelines, APIs, and business systems in a hands-on engineering role.

You will also support CRM, broker operations software, and IT infrastructures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve non-linear challenges and adapt to evolving AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• System Support: assist applications across the organization.
• Administer CRM, LMS & broker operations software (Zoho, Acturis).
• Scripting: create scripts using Python or JavaScript.
• Networking: basic networking skills required.
• VOIP phone setup and support.
• Dynamic tasks: support project work and IT help desk.
• Assist users via Remote Desktop Services.
• Participate in meetings to solve operational issues.
• Broker Admin: handle user ID admin and onboarding.
• Set up tasks: physically set up monitors and devices.

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior AI Solutions Engineer to help design, build, and optimize our first generation of AI-driven workflows and autonomous agents. In this role, you won't just be using AI as a chatbot—you will be treating AI as a component in broader software systems, connecting LLMs to internal data pipelines, APIs, and business systems. This is a hands‑on opportunity for a builder passionate about navigating non-linear problems and adapting to the quickly evolving world of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• System Support:
  • Support applications used throughout the organization
  • Administer CRM, LMS & broker operations software (Zoho, Acturis)
• Scripting
  • Ability to create scripts using Python or JavaScript.
• Networking
  • Basic networking skills required.
• VOIP Phone setup and support required.
• Dynamic Technical Tasks:
  • Support Project work
  • Support IT work through our internal Help Desk team
  • Support users using Remote Desktop Services.
  • You will be expected to participate in meetings that will engage your knowledge in operational systems to effectively problem solve.
• Broker Admin Tasks:
  • User ID admin (new/edit requests)
  • Onboarding admin
• Set Up Tasks:
  • Physical set up of monitors, tv’s, laptops, speakers, etc

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and quick to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Enjoy solving problems and finding effective solutions.
• Collaborative team player who works well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactively stays informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovations across North America.
• Proficient with technology and relevant business tools, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Performs effectively in fast-paced environments and consistently meets tight deadlines.
• Holds a College or University degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Application Development, Project Management, System Implementation, or a related field.
• Flexible and available to work outside regular business hours when required for system updates, troubleshooting, bug fixes, or environment restarts.
