Job summary

Trail Appliances Ltd. in Edmonton is seeking an Appliance Installer to install and service appliances with care and accuracy. You will follow manufacturer specs and local codes, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

This full-time role offers hands-on training, competitive compensation, and benefits. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a pay rate of $18–$22 per hour, reflecting your experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and maneuver products over 75 pounds.
• Strong customer service skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Minimum one year of appliance installation experience or knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Communicate clearly with customers about product operation.
• Set clocks, displays, and other basic functions as part of installation.
• Complete all required installation documentation accurately.

What you’ll be doing:

• Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and local codes, ensuring care and respect for the customer’s home
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of product operation
• Set clocks, displays, and other basic functions as part of the installation process
• Accurately complete all required installation documentation
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every service interaction

What you need to be successful:

• Valid driver’s license

Availability:

This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm

Compensation:
