Job Duties

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of premium home appliance delivery and installation services
• Manage field staff including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and attendance
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs to maintain service quality
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze operational costs and revenue to improve profitability
• Manage operational resources such as delivery vehicles and installation equipment
• Track KPIs and generate regular reports for performance review
• Coordinate with logistics partners and third-party vendors to ensure smooth service delivery

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management, logistics, appliance delivery, or a related field
• Logistics service experience required (understanding of warehouse, transportation, and installation logistics)
• Proven experience in managing teams and operational assets (e.g., vehicles, tools)
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify operational issues and lead continuous process improvements
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Capable of coordinating across departments and with external partners
• Strong leadership and accountability
• May require occasional travel between the warehouse and the headquarters office
