Job summary
Tekgence Inc. in Toronto, ON is seeking an experienced Appian Developer/BPM Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications on the Appian low‑code platform. You will build scalable, record‑centric apps and lead design discussions, code reviews, and performance optimizations.
The role requires 8–10 years of Appian BPM experience, with a hybrid work style (3 days in office). You will mentor junior developers and collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise apps using Appian.
- Build scalable, record-centric applications following best practices.
- Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, optimize performance and security.
- Support deployments across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders.
