Primary Purpose:
The Academic Integrity and Appeals Coordinator is responsible for the effective administration of academic and non-academic integrity processes and the coordinated management of student appeals arising from academic decisions, administrative errors, policy exemptions, academic standing, grade-related matters, and other eligible issues. This incumbent ensures consistent and compliant application of relevant university policies and procedures, oversees the intake, documentation, review and resolution of cases, and maintains accurate and confidential records and reporting to support institutional oversight.
Working in close collaboration with students, faculty, staff, and academic leadership, the Coordinator provides informed guidance on policy interpretation, facilitates fair and timely appeal processes, and contributes to the development and delivery of training and educational initiatives related to academic integrity and appeals. This position plays a key role in upholding the university’s standards of academic excellence, procedural fairness, and student-centered service across academic integrity and appeals functions.
