Job summary

Apave Canada is seeking an API Inspector for a full-time embedded position in Regina, Saskatchewan. The role involves conducting NDT inspections at client sites, interpreting results, and maintaining equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required API 510 certification and CGSB UT Level 1 (assets if combined with 1–2 years of NDT experience). Must work well independently or in a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

API Inspector - Full-Time Embedded Position

Apave Canada has immediate, Full-Time position available for API Inspector certified technician within our Advanced Service Department in Regina, Saskatchewan.

This position is full time embedded into a client site.

Our Canadian operations currently provide services from Edmonton, Regina, Calgary, Cold Lake, Saskatoon, Fort MacMurray, Grande Prairie, Lloydminster, Nisku, Red Deer. Our USA operations provide services from 23 office locations, our United Kingdom operations provide services from 7 office locations, and our Australian operations provide services from 5 locations. Job Duties:
  • Conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections and examinations at facilities and field sites for a wide range of industries.
  • Interpreting NDT results and providing recommendations based on findings.
  • Maintaining NDT equipment and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A current API 510 certificationis required. (Additional API certifications would be considered an asset).
  • CGSB UT level 1 certification and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in NDT inspection would be considered an asset.
  • Additional CGSB certifications would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
Safety Requirements:
  • Steel-toe boots are required; Apave Canada will provide additional PPE.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Benefits:
