Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for Willows Crossing in Duncan, BC. You will help maintain clean, welcoming spaces for tenants, perform routine cleaning across common areas, and support basic maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning products and solutions.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling or reporting.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways to a clean standard.
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Complete small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required.
• Support general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Perform other duties as required.
