This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to apply their expertise in accounting, invoicing, AP, GL, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, 3 Way Match, and Advanced Excel to drive our financial success.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense reports.
• Conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Utilizing advanced Excel skills, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables, to analyze and present financial data.
• Implementing and maintaining 3 Way Match system to ensure accurate invoice processing.
• Collaborating with other finance team members to optimize financial operations and contribute to financial planning.
• Providing expert advice and guidance on AP processes, leveraging your deep understanding of accounting principles and industry best practices.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and staying updated on the latest industry trends and changes in regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an AP Specialist role or similar within the Accounting + Finance industry.
• Proven expertise in managing accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and expense reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with 3 Way Match system for invoice processing.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
• A proactive problem-solver who can identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• A bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
