Position: Animal Care Technician

Location: Poplarfield (MB Area) - approximately 20 min drive from Arborg.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of production, including feeding and caring for pigs, maintaining herd health and environment, pressure washing, preparing rooms, and performing general maintenance, cleaning, and clerical duties such as maintaining door charts, inventory trackers, and ordering feed and medication. The role requires teamwork to meet production goals while adhering to health and safety policies, MLAF SOPs, and humane treatment standards.
