Lyft Urban Solutions (LUS) is North America’s leader in micromobility, delivering data-driven insights to optimize bikeshare and scootershare operations in Toronto and beyond. We seek a Data Analyst to partner with Product, Ops, Policy, Engineering and Finance to shape pricing, features and infrastructure investments.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in data analytics, strong SQL, and experience creating dashboards and data visualizations to drive actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of data analytics in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Strong SQL and quantitative analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct deep-dive analyses and propose solutions.
• Develop scalable reporting processes and dashboards.
• Forecast operational requirements and investments to maintain service levels.
• Deliver data quickly, reliably and accurately to city partners.
• Monitor KPI performance and present findings to leadership.
