Job summary

Lyft is seeking an Analytics Lead for the Airports team to drive data-driven pricing, driver supply strategies, and airport performance insights. You will partner with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations to translate data into actions, shape product changes, and enable market growth.

Ideal candidates have 4-7+ years in analytics roles, strong SQL, and exceptional communication to influence cross-functional teams. Hybrid in-office role in Toronto with a base pay range.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in strategic data science/analytics roles in tech or high-growth startups.
• End-to-end data work: querying, aggregation, analysis, visualization to provide actionable insights.
• Strong SQL skills with ability to deep-dive into large data sets and tell a story.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency related to pricing and earnings.
• Establish metrics to measure health of products, business, rider and driver experiences.
• Develop dashboards and analytical frameworks to monitor performance.
• Provide regional and national insights on volume, efficiency, and experiences.
