Job summary

Lyft is seeking an Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decisions across AV Depot Operations and the Rideshare network. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to build scalable insights and actionable recommendations.

You will develop reports, dashboards and analytical tools, own KPI definitions, and collaborate with FP&A on P&L modelling to improve service levels and operational rigor in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Ability to roll up sleeves and work in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration with Operations, Finance, Product, Data Science and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical skills to build reports, dashboards and tools for stakeholders.
• Develop insights through analysis to deliver strategic recommendations and improve business performance.
• Collaborate with external partners to communicate data needs for tracking service levels and data requests.
• Define critical KPIs and metrics to support cross-functional teams and improve operational rigor.
• Engage with FP&A on P&L management and financial modeling.
• Bridge Operations with Tech across the vehicle lifecycle and fleet operations.
