Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience as BI developer focusing on visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Cognos with interactive dashboards and visuals.
• Basic SQL skills and data modeling using Snowflake.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes and data integration.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills for varied audiences.
• Independent and team oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Cognos.
• Create interactive visualizations and analytics models.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions.
• Ensure data quality and reliability in collaboration with data engineers.
• Deliver findings clearly to stakeholders and train end-users.
