Qualifications

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en coût de revient ou analyse financière en milieu manufacturier.
• CPA obligatoire.

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Financial Performance Analyst to join a global manufacturing organization undergoing a strategic shift toward deeper financial analysis and operational insight. This role plays a central part in strengthening costing capabilities and supporting business performance across the plant.

Working closely with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating financial data into meaningful insights. Your work will directly influence profitability, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Youll lead standard costing activities and analyze cost variances

• Youll support month-end close, reporting, and forecasting processes

Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of manufacturing cost accounting or financial analysis experience
• CPA designation required
• Strong expertise in standard costing, inventory, and variance analysis
• ERP experience, SAP preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
