Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited seeks an Analyst for Vendor Standards to support vendor compliance programs across Mark’s and FGL. You will monitor vendor performance, analyze data, investigate inquiries, and partner with internal teams to improve adherence to standards and reduce disruptions.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate policy into practical actions. PMM/vendor portals experience is a plus.
Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Performance & Vendor Standards, the Analyst, Vendor Standards supports the administration and continuous improvement of vendor compliance programs across Mark’s and FGL. This role monitors vendor performance, analyzes compliance data, supports policy interpretation, investigates vendor inquiries and disputes, and partners with internal stakeholders and vendors to improve adherence to standards, reduce supply chain disruptions, and support efficient inbound execution. The successful candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with large data sets, vendor policies, and cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Supply Chain Operations, Transportation, Finance, Accounting, IT, third-party service providers, and external vendors.
