What will you do?

Below are some primary responsibilities; additional duties will be discussed in person:

1. Understand cash funding requirements for all Dream group companies and assist in preparing cash forecasts;
2. Maintain reconciliation and reporting of cash activities daily;
3. Ensure documentation for all bank transactions is maintained and communicated to finance teams promptly;
4. Provide insights on daily cash/banking activities to identify process improvements;
5. Assist in managing the Company’s credit facilities, including calculating related costs such as interest and standby fees;
6. Process outgoing wire payments, EFTs, and internal bank transfers;
7. Download daily banking statements and update cash and cheque listings;
8. Assist with new bank account openings, updating signing schedules, and indemnity forms.

What experience do you need?

• Experience in a real estate environment or large complex organization is a plus;
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word;
• Experience with JD Edwards system is an advantage.
