Stalwart Insurance Brokers Ltd. is seeking a Technology Analyst to join our Vancouver or Toronto offices. You will support senior staff across operational, analytical and administrative functions, with emphasis on the systems and software the business relies on.

You will assist with daily tech-focused operations, plan and execute initiatives, and help ensure data quality and reporting accuracy while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases and business software.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technology Analyst to join us at our Vancouver or Toronto offices. In this role, you support senior staff across a broad range of operational, analytical and administrative functions, with a particular focus on the systems and software the business relies on.

Your role will include:

• Assisting staff and managers in daily operations, with a focus on technology

Required Skills or Experience

• Undergraduate degree, ideally in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field
• Interest in or exposure to technology, systems or data work considered an asset
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases and business software
• An aptitude for automating repetitive work
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
