Job summary

Stalwart Insurance Brokers Ltd. seeks a Technology Analyst to join our team in Vancouver or Toronto.

You will support senior staff across operational, analytical and administrative functions, with a particular focus on the systems and software the business relies on. The role includes assisting staff and managers, planning and executing initiatives, implementing business software, and providing first-line system support.

Qualifications

  • Comfort with spreadsheets, databases and business software.
  • An aptitude for automating repetitive work.

Summary

We are looking for a Technology Analyst to join us at our Vancouver or Toronto offices. In this role, you support senior staff across a broad range of operational, analytical and administrative functions, with a particular focus on the systems and software the business relies on.


Role Overview

Your role will include:



  • Assisting staff and managers in daily operations, with a focus on technology

  • Assisting the executive team in planning and executing operational and strategic initiatives

  • Supporting the selection, implementation and day-to-day use of business software

  • Providing first-line support to staff on systems and tools

  • Testing changes to systems before they go live

Required Skills or Experience


  • Undergraduate degree, ideally in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field

  • An aptitude for automating repetitive work

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
