Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking an Analyst, Quality Assurance Coordinator to be based at their Dorval Plant 3. The role focuses on conducting technical investigations, providing visibility on quality issues, and creating detailed documentation while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in aerospace engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing, and be functionally bilingual in English and French. The position offers a chance to thrive in a flexible and hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing.
• Experience in technical investigations and documentation/reporting.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal technical investigations at the assembly site.
• Provide daily visibility on non-quality issues to management.
• Establish short-term containment plans within the assembly.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Conduct internal technical investigations at the assembly site
• Provide daily visibility on non-quality issues to the Quality management team
• Technical investigation to ensure concrete accountability
• Provide fully detailed documentation/report on issues
• Establish a containment plan in the assembly (short term)

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalent
• 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of quality management system
• Change management skills
• Experience in problem resolution techniques
• Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French)
• Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
