Job summary

Bombardier in Canada is seeking a Job Analyst, Quality Assurance at the Marcel-Laurin Plant. Join a team that integrates new technologies, conducts internal investigations, and supports audits. The role emphasizes aerospace experience and bilingual communication in French and English.

You will lead quality-related problem solving, present monthly quality updates, and advise management on best practices. Day shift; Regular status; Organization Aerospace Canada; Primary location Marcel-Laurin

Qualifications

• Ideally a technical diploma or equivalent training with aerospace experience.
• 5 to 8 years of aerospace experience; quality experience is a plus.
• Experience with project management principles and tools.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of new technologies.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new technologies to update processes and equipment.
• Conduct internal technical investigations.
• Support the inspection team in day-to-day challenges.
• Perform trend analysis and recommend improvements.
• Lead change management when requirements are updated.
• Lead quality-related problem-solving activities.
• Prepare monthly quality presentations for production sector reviews.
• Serve as a key resource during audits.
• Advise management on quality-related knowledge and expertise.
• Interpret documentation when needed.
