Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Analyst, Quality Assurance to join our Aerospace Canada team. This role focuses on ensuring product conformity through supplier inspections, containment actions, traceability, and proactive risk management.

The position involves training coordination and adherence to Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA). We value candidates who can contribute to continuous improvement while thriving in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Proficient in data compilation and program tracking.
• Proficient in reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient in organization and delivery of training and presentation methods.
• Proficient in policy / procedure writing methods, including maintenance of any project.
• Proficient in Benchmarking and documentation mapping.
• Proficient in regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA) and QA interpretation methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity.
• Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow.
• Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances.
• Identify potential risks early and escalate quality concerns proactively.
• Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions.
• Training and coordination of QA related materials (SQM, Auditing, PMA).
• Perform other QA related activities (project work, Monthly Reports, reporting needs).
