Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a highly motivated Analyst, Quality Assurance at its Marcel-Laurin Plant in Canada. You will support the integration of new technologies and lead quality-related activities to ensure production excellence.

You should have a technical diploma, 5–8 years aerospace experience, and fluency in French and English. The role requires strong teamwork, leadership, and the ability to work under tight deadlines within a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent training in a relevant field, preferably aerospace.
• 5–8 years of aerospace experience is preferred; quality experience is a plus.
• Experience with project management principles and tools is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English; strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence, lead, and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of new technologies.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new technologies to update processes and equipment.
• Conduct internal technical investigations.
• Support the inspection team in addressing day-to-day challenges.
• Perform trend analysis and recommend improvements.
• Participate in change management activities when requirements are updated.
• Lead and facilitate quality-related problem-solving activities.
• Prepare monthly quality presentations for production sector review meetings.
• Serve as a key resource during internal and external audits.
• Advise and support management on quality-related knowledge and interpretation of documentation.
