Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval Plant 3 is seeking a Technologist, Quality Assurance. You will audit configuration documentation to ensure compliance and prepare aircraft for first flights and certification.

You will collaborate with Production and Quality teams, respond to requests, and analyze quality issues to support release decisions. The role requires a college diploma in aeronautics or related field, and knowledge of Quality Systems and Transport Canada requirements.

Qualifications

• College diploma in aeronautics or related field is required.
• Five years of quality experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and Transport Canada requirements.
• Understanding of aircraft configuration principles.
• Knowledge of Transport Canada policies and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 software.
• Autonomous, responsible, and reliable team player.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Audit documentation for configuration compliance in order to prepare aircraft for their first flights as well as for certification

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a college diploma in aeronautics or any other related or equivalent field
• You have five (5) years of experience in quality (an asset)
• You have good knowledge of Quality Systems, procedures, and Transport Canada certification requirements
• You have a good understanding of aircraft configuration principles
• You have an excellent understanding of Transport Canada regulatory policies
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software
• You are an autonomous, responsible, and reliable team player
• You are highly organized and able to plan and prioritize your work effectively
• You have excellent communication skills in both French and English
• You are available to work occasional evenings and weekends, if necessary
